Vidal Blanc

A collaberation with Montaluce Vineyards, this estate grown, dry white wine, has notes of fresh green apple and honeysuckle.  You will find zesty citrus, including pineapple in the nose, and finish with a light oakey palate.

Pinot Grigio

Slow and gentle fermentation with minimal manipulation brings us a Pinot Grigio with extraordinary character. Ever so light pink in color comes from extended skin maceration from this light blue grape. This Pinot Grigio pairs excellent with grilled tilapia and roasted vegetables. Clean and crisp with wonderful mouth filling viscosity this wine is the perfect wine for white wine lovers.


This classic Chadonnay was barrel fermented in 100% new Hungarian oak for 9 months.  Weekly stirring of the lees brings this complex chardonnay layers of Pineapple, Citrus and caramel.  The perfect wine for Georgia shrimp and grits.

46° North

This eclectic blend of 52% Touriga Nacional, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% merlot and 16% mourvedre. Ripe dark fruit integrates with the earthiness of the North Georgia terroir to create a wine of distinct character. Enjoy with grilled lamb.


This North Georgia Meritage combines warm days and cool nights to ripen our grapes to perfection. Aged in French Oak barrels to integrate the supple black fruit flavors with extremely fine tannins that developed with extended barrel aging. Enjoy this wine with a grilled Ribeye.

Georgia Merlot

This North Georgia Merlot is a lush and exciting representation of the Georgia Terroir. Extended barrel aging in French oak gives this wine a nice balance. A rush of black fruit with slight hints of pepper lead way to a long lasting finish. Enjoy with Applewood smoked chevre and crisp.


This Dry eclectic Georgia blend of 95% Merlot, which was pressed with very little skin maceration, and 5% Traminette. The balance of Fruit and subtle oak gives way to a nice crisp finish. This wine was aged on the Leis for 3 months. Pair with a Feta cheese and oregano stuffed chicken breast, roasted broccoli and green peas.

Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet was aged in a combination of French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels to integrate the subtle fruit and vanilla flavors with very fine tannins. Enjoy this wine with a Black Angus Cheeseburger.

“Stephan” Reserve Cabernet

This Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, named after Stephan Meichtry, is the first reserve done by Chateau Meichtry. This wine exemplifies a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with an outstanding balance of black fruit and oak. Aged in a combination French, Hungarian and American oak, this wine has lush texture from start to finish. The balance of this wine allows for great ageability. Pair this wine with a Mountain Valley Farm store Filet Mignon served with garlic mashed potatoes and lightly seasoned green beans.

Suben Roote

This 100% Georgia Grown Norton varietal delivers the terroir of the North Georgia Mountains. The balance of red fruit, earthiness and natural chocolate make this is the perfect sipping wine. Enjoy this wine with a flank steak topped with blue cheese crumbles, sautéed asparagus and balsamic salad. For the really guilty pleasure pair with chocolate fudge brownie and vanilla ice cream.
